Too many of us get caught up in trying to sell what we want to sell and what is best for us. What we should be doing is thinking about how we can serve our clients better.
Here at the property I am at they don’t have to sell me as their service has been spectacular…… everything I have asked since my arrival they have immediately responded to. It’s all about customer service.

Good morning Dan. I always enjoy these quick videos, Today’s reminds me of many years ago, when we were working together. Do you remember the Strawberries story, at a hotel where everyone including the elevator bell man etc promoting the strawberries, the shortcake etc. Sales in the restuarant climbed with the mass promotion.
Service, wetting the customers appetite with a nice benefit. The customer, and serving their needs for their best experience is extreamly important and our success just comes in when our focus is on them first. Keep up the good work.
