This course will benefit everyone involved in water damage restoration work by giving a basic understanding of the how, when, where, and why of dealing with these situations in your job.

This course will be of value to Water and Remediation Techs, Estimators, Project Managers, and others involved in disaster restoration.

  • Contributors to the increase of claims
  • The channel and importance of effective communication
  • Understanding the role of the Restoration Contractor
  • An overview of the restoration and drying process from start to finish
  • How to minimize or prevent indoor or environmental issues during and after the restoration process
  • An overview of how to deal with structural materials, contents, and reconstruction
