Many business owners and company managers have a considerable amount of pressure to justify spending on all programs in attempts to increase productivity and improve the health and operations of your business and staff.
Having a psychologically healthy and safe workplace is good for business.
While built from a basic framework, this training course is customized to the client and their needs. A needs analysis is done with the client before delivery.
One main goal of the Investing in Psychological Health & Safety in the Workplace:
A Business Case Course is to facilitate information but more importantly to create an authentic and open environment to dive into conversations that are so valuable, but yet often challenging to have.
Although research and evidence shows us that workplace wellness programs have become an essential and cost-effective core business strategy for all businesses, developing a program that meet specific needs can be challenging without systems, a strategic approach and well-defined metrics to evaluate progress.
To ensure that employers and organizations have the knowledge, attitude, and skills to support a healthy workplace. How? By improving the psychological health of employees, resulting in lower rates of absenteeism, and higher levels of productivity, and organizational growth.
You will participate in critical discussions that facilitate awareness around implementing mental health and wellness programs in the workplace — which are vital to the success of your organization.
- Examine major mental health issues and the effects in organizational performances
- Improved understanding about the impacts of employee psychological health on an organization
