How to Create Your Restoration Business Marketing Plan

Most people fall short when it comes to marketing. The part of marketing that most people fail miserably at is the PLANNING.

This course can have a huge impact on people’s businesses just by guiding them through the creation of a marketing plan – a plan that can lead them to achieving the success they desire for their business.

Learning Objectives

The following are the learning objectives you will achieve when you take our How to Create Your Restoration Business Marketing Plan training workshop course.

By the time you complete the course, you will be able to:

  • Do the research that tells you just what your market wants and where to find them
  • Set marketing goals that were meant to be achieved
  • Put together a mix of different marketing tactics that cover every part of your business
  • Draft a marketing budget so you know exactly where to spend and how much
  • Finally, put everything together into a calendar and plans that you know you can implement RIGHT NOW

Marketing isn’t simple

To do it right requires a great deal of planning. Disaster Restoration businesses without massive marketing budgets have to handle this aspect of their business themselves and for many this is no easy task. This is why businesses create a marketing plan. A marketing plan is a detailed document that includes the data you need to make marketing decisions and set a course of action that you can implement immediately. Drafting a marketing plan takes a great deal of time and work, but during this How to Create Your Restoration Business Marketing Plan Training workshop we walk our students through the step-by-step process of putting together a complete, detailed plan for the next year. They will:

  • Research their market
  • Write a description of their business
  • Assess their strengths and weaknesses (SWOT)
  • Set their marketing goals
  • Track their marketing results
  • Decide on their marketing mix (the 4 P’s)
