What are the warning signs in your business?

Learn more about warning signs in this week’s video blog. Do you have at least one warning sign that you keep a finger on? Is it your gross profit margins? Do you track them monthly?

Make sure that while you’re keeping an eye on obtaining jobs, you’re also keeping an eye on the financials and on key customer service indicators to tell you whether you’re keeping up with things or not.

How many traps do we set for ourselves?

Think about how often we deal with things improperly……knowing in our gut that what we are doing isn’t going to solve the real root of the problem.
