Having the End in Mind on This Week’s Video Blog
In this week’s video I am having fun on the beach while enjoying a beautiful sunset!
At the end of the day we often think we are at the end of our rope running our business and dealing with people and employees. But, sometimes the end of the day is when we can get the best reflection on what we have accomplished that was right, where we made mistakes, and where we need course corrections.
Where do you want to be at the end of the day…… the end of the month…… the end of next year?

Where it Began on This Week’s Video Blog
In this week’s video I in Virginia Beach at the Naval Aviation Monument, a very inspiring place to be. The monument behind me is called “Where it Began”, and is about seaplanes which have probably been around for about 90 years.
It is good to remember as this monument says, “Where it Began”. Where did you begin your business from? Where did you begin your career from? Look at where you are today…… how did you get there? I hope a lot of it was by reading, finding a mentor, finding mastermind groups, networking or finding someone to coach you. Don’t forget the basics of what took you to where you are today.
Watch as I encourage you to get back on the right track which will take you to the next destination of where you want to be.

Serving Not Selling on This Week’s Video Blog
In this week’s video I talk about serving, not selling from my hotel room balcony in beautiful Oceanside, California.
Too many of us get caught up in trying to sell what we want to sell and what is best for us. What we should be doing is thinking about how we can serve our clients better.
Here at the property I am at they don’t have to sell me as their service has been spectacular…… everything I have asked since my arrival they have immediately responded to. It’s all about customer service.
