The simple things in life can sometimes mean the most……a thank you, a phone call instead of an email……this will set you apart from your competitors.
I encourage you to go out and buy a box of blank thank you cards. Make a goal to send out at least one thank you card per week to a customer, employee or a supplier……they will be flabbergasted!
