I travel a lot. When I go to hotel rooms one thing that I see is that every hotel is pretty much the same. It seems that as soon as someone comes up with a good idea in the hotel industry, or any industry, we all copy each other.

Did you know that many of us use the, “Yes, but….” phrase more than we think?

Every time we say, “Yes, but…”, the person we are speaking to forgets everything we said before “Yes, but…”. They only concentrate on what is said after “Yes, but…”.

In this week’s video, I give examples and tips on how to correct and eliminate the phrase, “Yes, but…” from your vocabulary.
